Why the name Matador?
Before starting the company in 2001, the founding members had an amazing experience in Pamplona, Spain when they witnessed the San Fermin festival and actually ran with the bulls. The image of a matador confronting a charging bull with precision, grace and skill was a perfect analogy for the way the members wanted to run their business.
Matador believes in doing things right the first time
That's why we approach every situation with a tried and true consulting methodology that starts with an assessment, requirements gathering followed by an analysis. Only then can we advise our clients on their current situation, identify areas where improvement is necessary, and more importantly, how to address them.
Each Matador principal (member/owner) is assigned as account manager for each client account. The account manager is the “go to” contact for our clients for any issue that the client feels needs to be escalated.
A Matador principal is also assigned as the technical manager for each client account. The technical lead manages the technicians working for the client and details the technical planning and ensures that consistency and quality is being delivered for the technical activities.
As part of the Service Program setup, Matador provides our clients with contact numbers and further information about how clients report issues and become integrated into our process management systems.
Matador is flexible to adopt a specific account management plan to fit any customers unique needs.
