Eric Mansfield, founding member

Mansfield's career has taken him around the world as an Oracle and ERP specialist. He has 17 years experience supporting Oracle databases for over 50 different companies. Mansfield leads Matador's Oracle and Database division and works with clients to determine their actual database and administration needs. He is building an Oracle solutions team to provide companies with cost effective database implementation, administration and management services. His experience includes work with J.D. Edwards, AT&T Wireless and Oracle.

Todd Streicher, founding member

Todd is committed to ensuring that technology meets business needs. He is an accomplished consultant, manager, and entrepreneur with 16 years experience in the information technology services sector in both Europe and America. He has worked with businesses of all sizes including fortune 500 corporations. He is a service management expert and understands all aspects of information technology services from service creation to service delivery across the areas of helpdesk, desktop, system, application, and network management. Rylee Wedekind, founding member

With more than 16 years of experience providing and implementing marketing and communications strategies, Rylee leads the web development division. Her diverse background includes international assignments with both public and private corporations. Rylee's greatest skill is creating consistency in messaging. Whether it's a website, a sales brochure or a complete marketing campaign, her primary goal is to make sure her client's message always hits the bull's eye. Her experience includes work with Philips Medical Systems, Divine Savior Healthcare, Wisconsin Public Power, and Hope House Womens' Shelter.
